What’s a rota? Well asked. The rota is one of those twenty-five cent church word for ‘schedule’ or ‘roster’ It simply sounds far more exotic to say ‘rota’ On the rota you will find the lists of acolytes, lay assistants, readers, ushers, welcomers, healers, preachers and celebrants for each major worship service of the month. It is an important schedule which everyone is urged to pay attention to on a regular basis.
