DESCRIPTION:8:00 am Saturdays\, Centering Prayer  – On Saturday mornings we practice  two 20-minute sessions of Centering Prayer (silent meditation) divided by 5 minutes of walking mediation. You may stay for one or both sessions.  Every third week\, the we sit for one session\, followed by 30 minutes of reading and discussion. Training in Centering Prayer is offered for newcomers. Participants may stay for just the prayer practice or both the prayer practice and the discussion
