SUMMARY:Silent Meditation
DESCRIPTION:6:00-7:00 am\, Weekday mornings – The Chapel is open every weekday morning from 6-7 am for those who would like to sit together in silent prayer or meditation.   Stay for 10 minutes or for the whole hour.   The Chapel is offered as a sacred space in which people can gather “in the beauty of holiness” to begin their days\, whatever their faith tradition.
